International Collaboration & Networking
Coordinate local sales campaigns for international partners and agents. Engage in industry networking events to expand connections and drive business expansion.
Commercial Strategy
Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
Bid Participation
Participate in bids, RFQs, and other commercial activities, including quotation preparation and follow-up.
Feasibility Studies
Conduct feasibility studies for new and existing ventures to inform decision-making.
Customer Satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction and retention, balancing compliance with local regulations and dispute resolution.
Financial Management
Manage cash effectively and collaborate with Credit Control for efficient credit management.
Market Research
Conduct market research to understand current market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
Education & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar capacity within the marine logistics industry.
Feasibility Studies
Proficient understanding of Singapore ports and maritime regulations.
Business Acumen
Strong commercial instincts and a drive for business development.
