Waterborne Movements Execution

Coordinate and execute all waterborne movements and non-bulk deliveries according to Sales and Purchase contracts.

Load/Discharge Management

Handle load and discharge date nominations in line with suppliers' general terms and conditions (GTCs).

Vessel Nomination

Nominate vessels for acceptance, declare cargo details and date ranges to counterparties and terminals.

Scheduling & Optimization

Schedule and optimize vessel berthing programs, closely monitor product qualities and volumetric performance, and promptly resolve significant discrepancies.

Inventory Support

Support global inventory management by providing updated inventory forecasts.

SAP Entries

Ensure timely and accurate entries in SAP systems for scheduling, ticketing, and secondary costs.

Inspector Coordination

Prioritize and attend to DEW requests and timely nomination of inspectors into Navarik.

Compliance Adherence

Adhere to company compliance policies, including records management and import/export customs declarations.

Documentation Management

Upload all cargo shipment files into shared drives, maintaining records for audits in line with sustainability requirements.

Industry Relations

Cultivate and maintain good rapport with industry peers to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.

OurRequirements.

Education & Experience

Minimum of a Degree or Diploma, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Maritime Studies, with at least 3 years of related operations experience.

SAP Entries

Knowledge of supply logistics chains involving inspections, cargo operations, and procedures. Prior experience with road tankers, containers, and managing terminal tankages within the Asia Pacific region is preferred.

Sustainability Understanding

Ability to understand and work within sustainability frameworks relevant to the industry.

Analytical Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with advanced proficiency in computer spreadsheet software.

Initiative & Collaboration

High degree of initiative and excellent collaborative skills, able to work effectively under pressure.

Adaptability & Flexibility

Results-oriented with the ability to think and act decisively, adapting quickly to evolving requirements and changes. Willingness to accommodate business needs during odd hours, including weekends and holidays.
